Oh this little girl. She’s been giving me a real run for my money these past few days(weeks). I’m not sure what it is exactly, I can’t pinpoint one specific thing, but this chick is driving me crazy FOR REAL.
Love her to absolute pieces but she’s been relishing things like discovering what annoys me to death and then doing it over and over. I mean, I get the allure but I also get the whole “don’t bite the hand that literally feeds you” sooo……
Anyway, a bright spot in our recent days has been this, her recent discovery of writing and drawing. For such a long time she wanted nothing to do with crafts. Which, truthfully, she still doesn’t. But one day, she successfully drew a face. And that sparked something inside of her. Now she draws them all the time in all different ways. Then she started writing letters. Mostly all capitals, with no rhyme or reason(remember her first “word”?) But now she can write her name. And letters if I ask her to(and if she feels like complying).
So here it is, my most very favorite signature.
I can never quite decide which letter is my favorite.
I love the blend of lower case and capital letters and I’m going to be so sad someday when she spells it all “correctly” because I absolutely adore this.
Oh yeah, and here is a recent drawing.
With “bottoms” so that they can “pee and poop” That little girl. Always so thoughtful.
So so thoughtful giving them butts. When I was little my friends rat had babies (yes for some reason rats were popular? But my parents never obliged my asking for one). We'll these babies… Born without butts. And died. Because hello- butts are a total necessity in life!
So cute! I LOVE her signature! It's so perfect. Oh and I love her drawing. Seriously, I never drew butts on my people (and by people, I mean stick people because that's pretty much all I know how to draw even now)… I forgot the necessities!
SO SO cute!! I can't wait for Chickie to start doing this kind of stuff. And that picture? It straight up made me bust out laughing in my office which I so needed today. Pure awesome sauce.
How cute! I love how she writes her name and I cant wait to see how my daughter learns to write her name! Kids hand writing is always so cute and unique!
Everybody's gotta have a bottom, right?! 😉 Love that sweet signature!
Your little one keeps me laughing! So precious!

I love her writing her name! That's so adorable! And love her creative picture — clearly she wants to make sure everyone can go potty lol!
Stopping by from the little things link up. She is so precious! Although it may not feel like that in those bewitching hours I know 🙂
She's such an artist already… I'm serious! Such talent!
