This has been the strangest week! We spent the weekend in Kansas City(which was a total whirlwind) and got home late on Sunday evening. The girls have had swim lessons all week(which is great, but totally takes up our entire morning!) and here we are…it’s Friday!
We had the best time celebrating my Sister in law’s wedding on Saturday night. The reception was held at an old hardware store turned event space. But the best part? The hardware store was owned and operated by Jim’s grandpa! Such a cool piece of family history and the perfect place to celebrate together.
I was crossing all of my crossables that the girls would still fit in their Easter dresses and hooray- they did! They were perfect.
Mabel was the funniest thing you have ever seen. This little girl danced for hours straight. She LOVED the music and the lights and the dance floor. We couldn’t stop watching her- she wasn’t spastic and crazy and jumping all over the place. She was ACTUALLY dancing, like, in time with the music and the beat and the moves she would come up with were just priceless.
Meanwhile, Abigail was off in the photo booth basically all night taking photo after photo with anyone who would go with her, lol!
Would you believe it if I told you that Abigail took this picture?!
I told her that she is officially hired and replacing Daddy for taking all of my blog pictures. She was super excited about that and asked if she could take all of the pictures for my next Stitch Fix box 😉
Also, this gorgeous cold shoulder top was sent to me courtesy of PinkBlush. They have the most beautiful clothes- maternity and regular! Definitely check them out if you haven’t before!
I shared about these supplements recently, but I wanted to make sure to mention them again! Rumina Naturals is a natural & organic company based out of Canada, run by two mamas(one is a naturopath and one is a board certified lactation consultant!) creating the most wholesome and high quality supplements for mama and baby.
I have MTHFR, so I was extremely excited to see that their prenatal vitamin contains the active form of folate(5-MTHF) but it also includes well absorbed iron and organic ginger and increased vitamin B6 so that it doesn’t upset your stomach when you take it!
They have other amazing products as well, so go check out their website!
A few last Friday things:
I can’t stop eating these. Someone help me.
I think our weekend home projects will involve cleaning up our basement, finishing hanging things up in the dining room, and building a beam for our kitchen ceiling? We shall see!
Have a great weekend!
