New Year’s is always a great time for reinvention and committing yourself to new goals!
Whether that looks like getting in better shape, choosing to lead a healthier lifestyle, working harder towards a promotion, spending more quality time with your family or traveling more.
For me, I’m working hard to lose the remaining weight I have left since having baby number 3 four months ago.
Use the elliptical every day(I watch an episode of Seinfeld while I do this!)
No more lattes/caffeine
No more alcohol
No more eating out/fast food
And consuming healthy and nutritious foods throughout the day!
